Project Background

Mission:

Drive leads during their "off-season" while business and sales are typically down, amidst a increasingly competitive market

Challenge:

The challenge here was creating a strategy that would drive leads during a historically slow time period, delivering results against external factors we had no control over. 

Solution:

After reviewing the channels that had the most activity, and understanding what the owner's sales objectives were, we focused on one in particular channel and  a few specific segments.  We optimized the account and SEO attributes, created ad collateral and launched a campaign, immediately delivering returns before the first week.

Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort

Project Background

Mission:

Re-open a resort, during/post pandemic and navigate a branding transition which became the world's first and currently only Tommy Bahama Resort.

Challenge:

The challenge here was first re-opening a resort and re-establishing and develop all of the digital channels and brand assets.  After that task we had to develop marketing initiatives and programs that were dynamic and flexible during a time where pandemic regulation was regularly changing.  We worked very closely with the revenue management team, adjusting our creative regularly with rates we used to entice travel during a time where travel was 

Solution:

We took our time re-opening the resort and and even worked with boutique agencies to create new digital marketing and social media content and programs.  After about 2 years and 10 million dollars, the brand acquisition happened and we worked relentlessly on the brand "integration" to create the world's first and currently only Tommy Bahama Resort.  The marketing that went into the re-branding initiated a complete overhaul.  After a two-month long marketing charrette, we developed new brand assets, advertising and marketing collateral and campaigns, and hosted a media filled grand opening.

The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage

Project Background

Mission:

Establish the hotel's media influencer and PR program

Challenge:

The hotel didn't have an influencer program previously developed and there was no real budget to get this going.

Solution:

We worked interdepartmentally to developed a trade program that would incentivize media influencers to work with us on a trade basis.  Each negotiation was different but based on trade that we could utilize to develop the content and nurture the relationships. 

Results

We were able to to work with many high profile celebrities and media influencers due to the luxurious and personable programming we put together.  This lead the way for the very successful influencer program thereafter.
